I would tell the agents to turn on the lights and in a few instances how to rearrange the furniture to make the home more inviting. This led me to become a trained stager and I bring that training to my listings. I love to look at model homes so I am always up to date on current staging styles and what current buyers are hoping to find in their new home.

I use my staging training to work with homeowners to create the best possible home; within their budget; to get the best possible price. I am also a Senior Relocation Specialist. This means I help Seniors decide what they really need to take with them to furnish their new downsized home. Selling their current home to help them move on to the next life chapter is always fulfilling.

My work with first time home buyers brings me great satisfaction. Watching their faces at their escrow signing as they realize that one of their dreams has been reached brings tears to my eyes, each and every time.
